Send the copy of ORIGINAL INVOICES or PICKING LIST which shows product's serial numbers with RMA request. |

RMA is considered OUT OF WARRANTY, if any visible or physical damage is found on the return items. |

Product return for credit or exchange must be in original packing and subject to be approved by Credit Department. All Software, CPU, Memory and Hard Drives are final sale. OEM CPU only carry |

RMA Number issued are valid for 7 days only. Xcalibur does not perform cross shipping services. |

5. |
Product claim for transportation physical damaged, RMA must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The transportation damage report from the carrier is required. |

Metal Case has a 15 day limited warranty for its front panel and metal parts, Synix will send front panel and parts upon requested. |

7. |
Do not send anything to Synix before you get a RMA number. |
